Shopping with WiggleLabz

These terms apply to purchases through wigglelabz.co.uk. Please read them alongside our shipping policy, returns and refund policy and privacy policy.

Products and descriptions

We sell 3D printed characters, articulated fidgets and related items. Check each listing for its contents, dimensions, colour options and care information. Print layers and small finish variations are normal. Mystery-pack images show examples; the listing explains how contents are selected. Styled glow images illustrate the effect, and actual brightness varies with light exposure.

These details do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Follow the product's safety and care information. Small parts are not suitable for children under three; do not infer suitability for another age solely from that warning.

Orders, prices and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment.

If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify a pricing or stock error, we will contact you to explain the options. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed charge without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded. Price changes for future orders do not alter an existing order.

Delivery and returns

We currently deliver within the UK. Our shipping policy explains preparation time, delivery estimates and charges. Please contact us if a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Our returns and refund policy explains cancellation, return postage, refunds and faulty goods. Sale items retain their statutory rights.

Website content and permitted use

Website branding, text, graphics and design content belong to WiggleLabz or the relevant rights holders. Some creature designs we print are based on Zou3D models used under commercial licence. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the design. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its security.

Your rights and privacy

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
