Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £2.99, or is free on orders £19 and over. The qualifying order value is the product total after discounts. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

We normally dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Standard delivery is normally estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. This is separate from preparation time and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We primarily use Royal Mail and may use another suitable courier.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

Delivery updates and address changes

You will receive a dispatch confirmation. Tracking information is included where the service used provides it. Please check your address at checkout and email us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Missing, damaged or incorrect items

If your parcel does not arrive when expected, or an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@wigglelabz.co.uk with your order number and details. Photos can help us resolve a problem but do not replace your statutory rights. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
